Lisa J. Clore is a Senior Vice President and Director of Mortgage Lending. As a member of the Community Bank team since 1989, she specializes in purchase loans, construction loans, and refinances. A native of southwestern Pennsylvania, she is a member of The Builder's Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and The Mortgage Bankers Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Jared Taylor is a Mortgage Loan Originator and new to the Community Bank team, starting in November of 2020. He specializes in in both purchases and refinances. Using his personal skills and Community’s technologies, he strives to connect with his clients in order to give them the best service possible. Originally from Ripley, WV, he moved back to Wheeling in 2016. Familiar with the area from where he began his collegiate education at West Liberty University. He married his college girlfriend, Jennifer, in 2018, and they have recently grown their family with the addition of their first child, Ellie, in April 2020. He is very excited to be with Community Bank and looks forward to serving the Ohio Valley!
